Kenosha Aikikai Membership
To become a member of the Kenosha Aikikai a person must:
1. Be 18 (eighteen) years of age or 16 (sixteen) to 17 (seventeen) and accompanied by a parent or guardian
2. Fill out the membership forms and sign a waiver.
3. Pay Monthly Class Fee to the Kenosha Aikikai.
4. Pay the annual USAF Membership Fee.
Joining the Kenosha Aikikai offers members the opportunity to train three times a week with the dojo and participate in dojo functions. New members also join the United States Aikido Federation (USAF). The USAF is recognized by Hombu Dojo, Japan and a USAF membership is required of those members who wish to test for rank. USAF membership allows you to visit all USAF dojo(s) and participate in all USAF seminars.
We do not require new members to wear training uniforms. Sweat pants and a plain t-shirt are acceptable, but no shorts please.
